Ivy looked down at her list, carefully inspecting it as she stepped out of the way of busy shoppers. She had spent the greater part of the day here, trying to find all the items needed. Her eyes scanned through the list, noting that she had most of her items though she was missing a few. The girl had only recently moved to Coventry with her family, and she was rather lost on where to get her school clothes. Several times she had tried to muster enough courage to ask someone, but she was either ignored or unheard. With a sigh, Ivy grabbed her pencil and circled the missing items several times, so now her list looked like this:
